By accessing or using 528 Academy, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your login, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

528 Academy provides educational tools and study support. We do not guarantee any MCAT score, admission result, academic outcome, or improvement. Practice results and AI insights are estimates for study planning, not official scores or professional advice.

MCAT is a registered trademark of the Association of American Medical Colleges. 528 Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reviewed by the AAMC. Our questions are original practice material and are not retired exam items.

AI medical-school interview sessions are independent practice simulations. They do not reproduce a complete interview day, represent any school, use actual admissions staff, or predict an admissions decision. School-focused context may be incomplete or become outdated.

Some explanations, study analyses, recommendations, and practice questions may be generated with artificial intelligence. AI output can contain errors or omit important context. You are responsible for evaluating it and should verify important academic or professional decisions using authoritative sources. Do not submit sensitive personal information through prompts or support fields.

Interview feedback is based primarily on the available transcript and a 528 Academy practice rubric. It is not a medical school’s official assessment. Do not submit confidential interview questions or private information about patients or other people.

You may not:

• use the service unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or deceive others;
• share credentials or provide paid access to another person;
• copy, scrape, republish, sell, or build a competing question bank from our content except as permitted by law;
• bypass access controls, rate limits, payment restrictions, or security measures;
• upload malicious code, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service or other users; or
• use automated means to access the service without our written permission.

Free and paid features may change over time. Prices, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. If you buy a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms state otherwise.

Taxes may apply. Refunds are provided where required by law and otherwise according to the terms shown at purchase. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

The service, software, branding, questions, explanations, graphics, and other materials are owned by 528 Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own educational purposes.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide features you request.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may limit access to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse or security risks. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, 528 Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or opportunity arising from use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us during the 12 months before the claim or CAD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, except where the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised terms here and update the date above, and we will provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
